Why I want to take part?
I wanted to get involved to show how common PCOS is, and to empower women to have discussions about this condition with their community and even healthcare professionals.
What leadership means to me?
Leadership for me means creating a supportive atmosphere for members of the team so that they feel confident to voice their opinions and thoughts. A leader should also be able to direct conversations and actions while ensuring that everyone feels heard.
Fun or surprising fact/story?
I am currently learning Spanish on duolingo and am trying to dedicate more time to read books for fun!
