Why I want to take part?
I’d like to increase my appreciation of the inequalities in health, and use my prior experience of endocrinology to work collaboratively, finding creative ways of tackling stigma surrounding metabolic disease.
What leadership means to me?
To me, leadership means recognising the strengths of each person in the team and ensuring team members feel supported and valued in their specific roles.
Fun or surprising fact/story?
My best friend was recently on First Dates and facetimed me from the bathroom so I may feature in the episode too!
